About Us

The Stuckys

We are the Stucky family. We live in the Colorado Rockies, home school 4 kids, operate a business, manage a non-profit, and care for 2 Huskies, a cat, and 20 chickens!

Steve and Lisa married in 1998. Our family moved to Evergreen in 2015 to operate a business. We are truly blessed to be able to live where we work.

Did we always plan to breed Huskies?

• No! Our kids wanted dogs. Lisa always wanted Siberian Huskies. After one of our kids had a close encounter with a mountain lion, we decided to move forward with finding a dog for our family.
• After a lengthy search, we found a Siberian Husky breeder in South Dakota and purchased Dash and Dixie, a male and female, with the intent to breed them.
• After Dixie’s death in 2017, we waited for ten months before purchasing another female.

We are thankful to be surrounded by friends who have been in the dog breeding business. Without their help, we would be lost!

• Dash was born in April 2016.
• Foxy was born May 2018.
• Our first litter was born in October 2019.
• Our second litter was born November 27, 2020.
• Our third litter was born June 13, 2021.
• 6 puppies (4 male, 2 female) will be ready to go to their new homes on August 8, 2021.

Will we continue breeding? Yes, we love breeding!
Dash and Foxy are sweet as can be and our family has enjoyed this experience.
